I'm fairly fit. I have no problem running 5k or biking for a few hours, but I would like to be better.

My current goals are to work my way up to being able to run/jog a half marathon, and also to run a 6 minute mile.

I'm fairly fit. I have no problem running 5k or biking for a few hours, but I would like to be better.

My current goals are to work my way up to being able to run/jog a half marathon, and also to run a 6 minute mile.

I'm also working on strength. I don't have a gym membership, but pushups and a couple free weights seem to be doing the trick. No specific goals here except to keep improving.

About half of the reason I excercise and eat well is that I want an attractive looking body. The rest is pretty much that I love to run and bike anyways. Oh, and then there's the whole staying alive and living longer thing.

When not excercising, one can find me hanging out with friends or working. Technology plays a big part in my life.
